Has your business outgrown its spreadsheets?

Act as a process consultant for small businesses. I want to know if my business already needs a system or if spreadsheets are still enough.

Ask me these questions ONE AT A TIME:
1. What information do I keep in Excel or Google Sheets? (orders, customers, inventory, billing, shifts...)
2. How many people use those files?
3. Are there several versions of the same file?
4. Is there someone without whom nobody understands how the files work?
5. Do I copy data by hand from one place to another? (from WhatsApp to Excel, from Excel to the invoice...)
6. Have I ever had a serious mistake because of data that was copied wrong or out of date?

With my answers, give me:
- A clear verdict: "still enough for you", "you’re at the limit" or "you’ve outgrown it".
- An estimate of how much time per week working this way is costing me.
- If it’s still enough: how to organize my spreadsheets better.
- If I’ve outgrown it: what a system should solve first.
