1. Acceptance of terms
By hiring Galactic AIMA ("the Agency") or using our website, you ("the Client") accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any of them, we ask that you not use our services.
2. What we offer
Galactic AIMA builds custom digital solutions: applications, websites, automations, AI assistants and digital marketing. Each project is defined and quoted individually based on the Client’s needs.
3. Payments and billing
- Payment scheme: for custom projects, an upfront deposit is agreed before starting and the remaining balance upon final delivery and approval. Exact terms are set in each proposal.
- Refunds: no refunds are offered for work already performed or configurations already implemented. Partial refunds are only considered if the Agency cannot complete the project due to its own causes.
4. Ownership and digital sovereignty
Once full payment is made, the Client receives ownership of the project’s final deliverables: their application or website, its source code, its data and the access credentials. That is our digital sovereignty promise.
Galactic AIMA retains ownership of its know-how, methodologies and reusable base components (not specific to the Client) used to create the solutions.
5. Third-party dependencies
Some solutions rely on external platforms (for example, AI providers, WhatsApp, Google or cloud services).
Galactic AIMA is not responsible for outages, policy changes or additional costs generated directly by these external providers. Where applicable, the Client assumes the consumption costs of such services unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galactic AIMA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of data or revenue) arising from the use or inability to use the delivered solutions.
7. Confidentiality
We commit to protecting your business information and not disclosing it to third parties, except when necessary to deliver the service or when required by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of the country.
